All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference Proceedings, and it will submit all the papers for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters Web of Science CPCI-S (ISTP indexing), Google Scholar and CNKI Scholar.

The best papers will be recommended to SCI and EI journals. Notice
1. Submitted papers should be original, professional and have not been published elsewhere.
2. Each submission will be blind reviewed by at least two experts who are majored in related fields for several years.
3. All the papers will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 experts, and the review results comes out within 5-10 days.
